Give a clear algorithm! a roadmap. It doesn’t matter what product the How to make  company produces (provides services)! what volumes! and at what stage of the production flow to start. There are basic actions that need to be taken:

Everything needs to be improved but start with what is in greatest demand

Tool: ABC (XYZ) analysis is a method of classifying products (or customers) by their importance. It is based on the Pareto principle! which states that approximately 20% of products generate 80% of revenue.

2. Analyze the production flow from customer request to the interactive map of the 5g mobile network in france sfr overtakes orange satisfaction of this request: visualize How to make  the flow! record the current state! processes! time! losses. When determining losses! ask yourself the following questions: What is needed for Just in Time?

Don’t limit yourself to production! a separate division! or an enterprise. To deliver a product to a customer on time! you need to know the stages of its creation and the impact of factors throughout the supply chain! including suppliers of raw materials and semi-finished products.

Tool: Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is a method aimed at creating a visual image of the information and material flows necessary to fulfill an order.

3. Unravel the “bottlenecks” – decompose the problematic process into operations! identify redundant ones! or even find that the entire process is redundant. Develop and implement countermeasures.

Process Map is a method of structured process mapping and analysis for the purpose of process improvement

4. Start the alarm system for the start of production or delivery! the “pull” system from the next process to the previous one.

Tool: Kanban system (there are other pull systems! but in future publications I will focus on the practical implementation of the Kanban system).

5. Implement a system for preventing errors and the analysis results show that every country failures in processes.

Tools: Andon signal – systems for notifying about current problems in the process. Poka yoke – a system for protecting against errors.

6. Standardize processes and operations. Create simple! clear rules of execution.

7. Educate participants. Go beyond the enterprise. Your manufacturers ao lists and suppliers also need to understand in which guilt paradigm they will continue to coexist with you.

Tool: TWI (Training Within Industry) – a system of training personnel in production

8. Use audit and motivation systems to maintain results.

Tools: environmental audit! KPIs! ratings! contractual work with suppliers.
