CRECI-PB opens innovative space for real estate agents
On December 5, 2024, CRECI-PB took a significant step by launching “Imobiliária Modelo”, an environment designed to meet the needs of real estate agents in Campina Grande and the region. The space offers modern and functional infrastructure, ideal for training, meetings and customer service.
Located in room 1113 on the 11th floor of the Lucas Building, in downtown Campina Grande, Imobiliária Modelo is a practical and free solution, eliminating costs with coworking or room rentals. Use of the space, controlled by password and set time, can be requested directly at the CRECIPB office. Brokers from other cities in Paraíba can also use the space, demonstrating the
Council’s commitment to valuing and supporting the category.
